Distillery -workshop
Together with my brilliant friend, Paula Viinamäki, we ran a 5-day Distillery -workshop for Työmaapalvelut Express.
Työmaapalvelut Express is a fast-growing construction logistics company, who are intent on solving the costly and time-consuming puzzle of all large construction sites: how to get the right stuff to the right place, at the right time and into the hands of the right people, safely. Their service is an effective combination of digital and hands-on service.
Over the 5 days, we helped them clarify both their vision and strategy, and kick off very concrete steps to set up their new workflow. At the end, clients and network partners were brought in to verify the outcomes.
You know how sometimes work is just insanely good, both really efficient AND fun? This was one of those weeks.
