Strategy visualisation makes your strategy and business logic visible. Once it is visible, it is also discussable. The more people understand, the smarter they are able to think and act.
Strategy visualisation projects proceed very much like any other consulting project: from data gathering through iteration to the end product which has been shaped by the learning in the process.
